Pivot Point Center for Youth (PPCY) provides short-term residential treatment for female youth ages 12 to 18 who are experiencing emotional and behavioral disturbances, moderate mental health disorders, and maladaptive behavior patterns. Many of our youth have special needs, trauma histories, substance use challenges, and long-term involvement with the juvenile justice system.
Our secure, structured environment is designed for youth who are either completing residential placement or awaiting adjudication by the court. PPCY offers 24-hour supervision and individualized therapeutic support to help youth stabilize and prepare for their next steps. Youth receive comprehensive services including trauma-informed treatment, academic instruction, vocational training, and cognitive-behavioral programming. Additional supports focus on skill development in emotional regulation, problem-solving, and healthy social interaction. Through a safe and supportive setting, Pivot Point empowers young women to address core challenges, build resilience, and move forward with confidence and stability.
